     在”一拍网”因着其股东集团的重组及兼并的原故而退出市场后，中亚四海转为致力于建设与营运以“OKpay”为品牌的电子支付平台来解决国内各地方的缴费难问题，使各收费单位、公司与各缴费会员，能享受高新科技带来的方便。

    Beijing Sinopost Co Ltd. (“Sinopost”) is a mix of business experience, technical expertise, and electronic payment know-how, unified to create a Chinese/Foreign joint venture high tech enterprise. Since our inception, Sinopost has stood for honesty and trust in the electronic transaction industry. When Yahoo! and Sina.com joined together to form 1pai, one of China’s biggest auction websites, they turned to Sinopost to create the payment platform, 1pai tong. By using 1pai tong, customer transactions, whether they were shipping, escrow, payment, etc., were all highly secure. After Yahoo! China’s merger, 1pai was disbanded and Sinopost transformed to create OKpay, an unified payment service operator. With OKpay, both individuals and businesses can enjoy convenience and security with all of their electronic payment needs. Sinopost makes every effort to provide its customers safe and easy online and offline payment systems.
